Spicy Chicken and Mango Stir Fry

This is an old recipe, I am reposting to submit to the Healing Foods Event.

Spicy Chicken and Mango Stir Fry Cat Cora

There is a lot of flexibility in this recipe.  Select your favorite recipes.  Add a special spice.  Play with it and create your own dish.  It should be good.  I added tomatoes to the recipe, subbed peas in place of snow peas, which I do not have, and added brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice to the marinade.  I am going overboard, including pumpkin pie spice in many recipes but it works.  It brings a subtle flavor and aroma.  I also grated ginger into the marinade which magnified the pumpkin pie aroma.
