Charoset for Passover

At this point, in my life, I have no idea how one is supposed to make charoses(t)(th).  I just know what I do which is probably spot-on but if not, it works beautifully.  I had it as part of my lunch today.   It is not a pretty dish because it is rather brown.  It is composed of apples, nuts, wine and cinnamon.  It tastes like the best dessert although it is not one.

Charoses

1 teaspoon sweet red wine
1 apple, peeled and choppped small
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerator.  Take our for seder or if you like this, make it as a snack.
