Bake With Bizzy 7

I must admit, the last thing, on my mind, Friday, was posting Bake with Bizzy.  I was honestly shaken by my moving all of Comfy Cook's posts here and the adjustment took precedence over Bizzy's Baking.  It is a new week and I do want to know what you are baking.

What did you think of this beauty?  It is an Italian Cream Cake from Secrets of a Southern Kitchen.  Charlene has some interesting recipe.  Grab a moment and visit her.

Now that we have learned from the Southern Kitchen, what can we learn from you?  What have you been baking?
