New York Cheesecake - I made the recipe from Jenn's Random Scraps.  I made it without a crust and cut the recipe in half to make it like a pie.  Check out Jenn for a luscious cake.  Also, get the recipe there.

  1. So glad to see you tried my cheesecake! How did you like it without a crust? I've thought about trying a miniature version of this recipe in my muffin tin. Sara's caramel toffee crunch cheesecake looks wonderful too.
