Last week was Soup Week and it was glorious. The cold permeated every corner and coming home, each night, to a hot nutritious soup, was simply the best. What we decided to do was after filling up on the soup, we took a break and later in the evening, we raided the fridge for something else to fill us up. The soup was really fine for me but hubby needed more and each night he found a yummy leftover and was satisfied.
This week, I am using Cooking Light, September 2013 magazine for most of my meals. It is too easy to find tempting dishes here and it was fun, as well.
