I thought, it would be fun to share with you, the dishes, I have made already. You may understand why I am confused about what goes into what, in terms of seasoning. If I don't write some notes, I can only guess, what got black pepper and the Chinese Five Spice. So, I jot down notes as I go along and that is the only reason, you get something relatively accurate.
With the garden spices, fresh and fragrant, I tend to throw them into most dishes without thinking. They can only enhance the food and it is interesting that at least the ones, we are growing work in most recipes. That is why I picked chives, basil, parsley and oregano to plant in the garden.
