Corn Fritters (Dairy) - Donna Hay

With the non-stop cooking, I completely forgot to post this delicious recipe.  This is one of my favorites.  The cheddar brought the corn fritters to a whole new level.

  1. These were good, weren't they. And yours look perfect.

  2. Confession time for me: I left out the cheese. Totally by accident. But after we had eaten them I realised I must have been so focused on all the changes I made. I think with cheese they would have been even tastier.
