Menu Plan Monday

I am sitting, staring at the screen, with no ideas for food for the week.  How can that be?  I need inspiration.  I got a start but nothing appeals to be for this evening.  Now what?  I have sweet potatoes and broccoli.  That does not sound like the makings of a meal.  Silly me.  We have leftovers.  I have chicken cutlets, rice and I can make those sweet potatoes.  Yeah, we have dinner.

Do you find yourself blank, at times, when you are deciding on a meal?

Sunday - Spicy Chicken Patties

Monday - Dorie's Spinach Quiche

Tuesday - Bruchetta Topped with Herbed Goat Cheese and Tomatoes

Wednesday - Pasta, Pesto and Peas

Thursday - Tomato Feta Pasta Salad served as a main dish

Friday - Grilled Salmon with Indian Spices

Saturday - Chulent (beef, potatoes, onions, beans, rice)

  1. When I had a family, I DID plan for the week. Now, I just buy for a day or two. Kind of nice not to have to plan. :)
For some reason, I keep a lot of recipes in draft, so weeks when I don't seem to have inspiration, I turn to those. Have a lovely week!

  3. I like the salmon patties idea. It's nice to see other kosher gluten free bloggers.
